Rhythms of Rest

Join us Nov 28 & Dec 5 for a time to learn about the value of the rhythm of rest as we navigate challenges and caring for ourselves & those around us. Our friend & Christian therapist AnnMarie will be providing us with great teaching and a space to explore and learn tools together!
