If you have not yet used zoom, download it ahead of time

You will want to choose the first option “zoom client for meetings” if you are using a computer or laptop (You can also go to zoom.us )

You will want to scroll down to “zoom mobile apps” if you are using a phone or iPad. (You can also find zoom in your apps section of your phone)

WAITING ROOMS

If you log on too early or were trying it out ahead of time, but the meeting isn’t open, you will get a message that says “waiting for host to start the meeting”. Sit tight and someone will let you in when they are ready. You can use this time to click the “test your audio and other settings if you would like.

When you log in and the meeting as started you will be put into a waiting room. It’s like a virtual lobby. We will let you into the room when we are ready. You can use this time to click the “test your audio and other settings if you would like.

TURN YOUR CAMERA OFF & ON

Click on the ‘start video’ option to show your video

CHAT

Click on the “chat” button to type into the chat and read others people’s chats.

JOIN A MEETING

Option #1 - Click on the link provided on this page or below.

Option #2 - Using your iPhone/iPad app.

Tap the Join icon on the menu bar
Enter the Meeting ID on the number pad (510 817 6303)
Tap "Join" to join the meeting

Option #3 - Using your Telephone

Call either: 1-647-374-4685 OR 1-647-558-0588
Enter the Meeting ID (or Room Number) and Meeting Zoom Room ID#: 5108176303#
press # again to enter the meeting.

You do not need to have a personal ID code, so just press # to enter the meeting
Note: The connecting phone number is a TORONTO number. Please be aware if your phone plan has long distance charges for calling Toronto.
