Job Descriptions and Faith Profile

We will have a short congregational meeting following the (slightly shortened) service this Sunday, Oct 19, 2025. This will be an opportunity to hear a short update from the search committee and we need to vote on three documents required for the search process.

These documents are:

Please note that these job descriptions are formatted in the template required by the United Church.

• Church Community of Faith profile

As part of the ministry team search process, Calvary must share information about who we are. In the United Church, this is called a “Community of Faith Profile.” While it’s a lengthy document, it simply compiles existing information that gives a picture of Calvary. The package includes materials such as our Core Culture and Values, Why Calvary?, and content found on our webpage such as: financial statements from annual reports, current events, and links to recorded worship services. Some content follows Calvary’s own format, while other sections use templates provided by the United Church Regional Council.
