Youth Mexico Mission Adventures

Thought you could curl up in cosy Canada and simply live without thinking of your neighbor?  Well think again!  Prepare to expand your horizon and to get dirty to make a change in this world.

Calvary has sent youth teams to Mexico to partner with YUGO ministries at the Ensenada Outreach Center (EOC) http://www.yugo.org/eoc to work with families in need of assistance to make a brighter future for themselves.  We are partnered up with a family who scrapes together the resources to buy some land and we come alongside them with the materials and man-power to help them build a small home in 4 days.  It is a thrill and a birthing moment in our lives. 

Consider the life opportunity to experience working alongside people with passion and desire to see change in their lives.  Imagine being able to encourage and be encouraged by people who are overcoming adversity in their lives.  It is awesome.

Step up to change.  Work with a team to learn, grow and to build a family, a community, and their relationship with God.  There is training before the trip, during the trip and debriefing after the trip.  You’ll get to fundraise together and learn about what is important to you.   You may experience hands on work like never before and you don’t do any of it alone.  Community builds homes and people.
