Churches of St. Jacobs Unite

THE CHURCHES OF ST. JACOBS - St Jacobs Mennonite, Calvary United and St James Lutheran - have joined forces to help a Palestinian family, currently living in the Al Hol Refugee Camp in Syria. Our family consists of a young mother and father, their 18 month old son and soon to be born baby.
As the sponsors of this family, we take responsibility for them for their first 12 months in Canada, by providing them with housing and furnishings, money for food and clothing, utilities and so on. Additionally, we will help them to learn and improve their English, to get to appointments, to complete further paperwork as required and help them adjust to their new country.
