Home - Ministries - Outreach Ministries - Local Missions - Out of the Cold
From November to April each year, approximately seven churches in the Kitchener-Waterloo area support a program called "Out of the Cold". This program strives to meet the needs of the cities poor and homeless by providing the basic physical needs of shelter, food and warm clothing and the deeply human needs of compassion, dignity and feelings of self-worth."
If you are interested in volunteering, duties range from preparing or serving food, set up, clean up, and overnight security at the host church.
If you are interested in helping out, please contact any member of the Missions and Outreach team.
