The location is Calvary United Church, 48 Hawkesville Rd., St. Jacobs, Ontario
Registration for an event must be by 10:00 a.m. on the Monday morning before lunch.
The time for the event is 11:30 a.m. till approximately 2:30 pm on Wednesday (dates below)

Lunch is served 12:00 noon.

The cost of the program is $10.00. Payment by: Cheque made out to Community Care Concepts.

When the inclement weather such as freezing rain, heavy snow fall or blistery conditions occurs, a cancellation notice will be broadcast on CHYM 96.7, KOOL FM 105.3, or NEWS TALK 570 before 9 A.M. If the school busses are not running, this usually is a good indication that our programs have been cancelled. A predetermined contact person will be notified of the cancellation.

Social activities such as  musical entertainment, speakers, educational or special interests talks will be part of the programming. Handouts or pamplets will also be available on occasion.
